We welcome three categories of students involved in our summer program: Oakwood Students, Returning Non-Oakwood Community Students, and New Non-Oakwood Community Students. We are delighted to have all three groups with us each summer! Each group has different registration requirements.
New Community students have a two-step registration process. First, they need to submit a Summer Application to the Oakwood Summer Program. The summer program team will review the Summer Application and supporting documents to be sure we are a good match and that we will be able to fully serve the student’s academic needs. If accepted, the Community student will then complete a Summer Program Registration form.
Examples of Supporting Documents:
- Any psycho-educational evaluations or current IEP the student may have
- Most recent report card and any other recent assessments
- $50 application fee
Returning Non-Oakwood Community Students need to complete a Summer Program Registration form and provide any new supporting documents. They do not need to complete a new application.
Oakwood Students just need to complete a Summer Program Registration form. They do not need to complete an application.
Everyone can save 5% off the total cost by submitting the completed Registration Forms with a 20% deposit to the Oakwood School office by early April 6, 2018.
