Enrichment Club Enrollment
- To register for current clubs, please complete the following form.
- Checking one box for each club you want to register your child for.
- Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- If a club reaches capacity, we will inform you of your waiting list status.
Your name at the bottom of the form will constitute your signature and agreement to the terms of the after-school Enrichment Clubs program. An invoice will be sent to you from the Business Office through FACTS.
Enrichment Club Options
Policies
- All clubs meet once per week, except for the weeks that clubs are pre-empted by the Oakwood School Calendar activities (e.g. Parent-Teacher Conferences).
- All clubs are limited to specific teams; please note the class focus for each club.
- Please note the duration and start date of each club.
- Students who register for a club on the same day they are enrolled in PM Extended Day will receive a slightly discounted club rate, reflected on the club invoice. Contact Extended Day for more information.
- Club Invoices will be posted in FACTS Billing after registration.
