Oakwood Graduation 2026

Congratulations to the Oakwood School Class of 2026!

On June 16th, Oakwood School proudly celebrated the graduation of 8 eighth-grade students, each with an Oakwood journey spanning anywhere from two to eight years. Over 120 guests, including families, staff, alumni, and friends, gathered in the gymnasium to honor this remarkable milestone. 

The ceremony featured a keynote address by former Oakwood student and current Boston College student Tommy Kenneally, who shared personal anecdotes and advice for navigating high school and preparing for college. 

This fall, the Class of 2026 will be heading to Bishop O'Connell, Bishop Ireton, The McLean School, Madison High School, and South Lakes High School. 

During the presentation of the class gift, a donation to the Bob McIntyre Tuition Assistance Fund, one parent shared the following sentiment with the audience.

During the Admissions process we were told that Oakwood would learn how our child learns, teach them how they learn, and give them the skills, strategies, and most importantly the confidence to succeed after Oakwood.

So thank you, because that's exactly what you all did.

We are so proud of our graduates and look forward to seeing all they will accomplish in this next chapter and beyond. Congratulations, Class of 2026!
